Once your order has been placed pick a picture of your pet a nice clear one with good lighting and email it over to illbeethereembroidery@outlook.com with your pets name and your name and order number along with which Christmas hat you would like Santa hat, elf hat or antlers. 

Then your item will be created this can take between 2-3 weeks.
